These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HALO House of Beauty Website.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Website Name if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “HALO House of Beauty Ltd”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
HALO HofB only undertake training with trainers, or anyone associated with academies if they agree NOT to share our training course’ / material.
All of HALO’ work is copyrighted. Copyright protects their work and stops others from using it without permission of the owner. Preventing people from :
- Copying our manuals
- Distributing copies of our manuals, whether free of charge or for sale
- Renting or lending copies of the manuals
- Showing our manuals in public
- Putting our manuals on the internet
- Videos shown or any intellectual property
We take our Copyright extremely seriously and we employ a team of copyright protectors and we do take legal action if our copyright has been breached in any way.
By purchasing the training, you are thereby agreeing to the above conditions.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
TRAINING
Upon booking a training course, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required.
The full cost of the course is required if its commencement of the course is within 2 weeks of cancellation. Balance is due on the day of the in person training course.
In the event of an act of God (pandemic, war, natural disaster) then all fees remain non-refundable, and a new date will be offered to the trainee.
Booking fees cover administration and expenses involved in booking a student on to a forthcoming training. It also guarantees a first available slot on the selected training.
Shadowing from 3-6 months period - free of charge.
Shadowing from 6-18 months period bracket - £250, over 18 months £450 is available to our students only who have attended hands-on practical class in person.
*Only available on selected training courses, subject to availability. Shadowing means watching, no hands on experience is included in shadow days.
Questions are to be asked at the end of the day.

If you text or get an answer-phone, please leave a clear message stating the following:
• That you wish to cancel or rearrange
• Your full name
• Your telephone number
• The date and time of your course
• The course/s you were booked in for
If you are late by more than 30 minutes you will not be able to continue on the day and the cost of the training will be lost.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All Pre-Study material MUST be heavily studied. Failure to do so may result in your practical hands on training being re-arranged. We have the right to refuse certification if we feel the student needs further studying of the pre study material.
APPOINTMENTS
If you should need to rearrange you may do so once on the same booking fee and within 30 days of cancellation by giving us no less than 48 hours notice (excluding Sundays, Bank Holiday Monday and other National Holidays). Should you need to rearrange again a non-refundable booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be payable to secure new appointment. Cancellations are non-refundable. Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hours notice or "no show".
If you are late by more than 20 minutes, we will not be able to continue with the appointment and the full price of the treatment will be due.
The only time we will consider waiving the fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency (official proof will be required) or upon our discretion.
Pandemic, war and nature force majeure -
the fees are non-refundable. A new alternative date and/or location will be offered when safe to do so.

• the treatment/s you were booked in for
Non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment if under £300 in value, £100 booking fee payment which is above £300 in value and £150 for the appointments over £1000 in value. The fee is non-transferable.
Non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure a Consultation/Skin Analysis. The fee is transferable towards appointment booked on the day.
If you are booking as a model - a full payment is required up front. Your booking as a model is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you have session booking paid in full, any same day cancellations or 'no show' will result in loss of session booked.
We do not issue refunds for our services.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
ZERO TOLERANCE
At HALO we do not tolerate abuse, threatening or rude behaviour, violence, verbal or physical, towards other clients, staff or members of public. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should these boundaries be broken. You will not be refunded any fees should this happen.
